The Post LPN/BN program has very competitive admission, and only a limited number of students are admitted each year. For Admission, applicants must upload some additional information for review. The following items are required to be uploaded to this site:
READ CAREFULLY:
1. CLHA PERMIT
2. Proof of Alberta Residence (Driver’s License, Alberta ID)
3. Employment Letter verifying 1700 LPN Hours in Alberta must include the following:
- Letter must be dated within the current application cycle
- Letter must be on official organization/company letterhead
- Your Full Name (must be same as CLHA permit and other documents)
- Position (must state that being an LPN is required if a different job title is listed rather than Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Unit and patient focus on that unit
- Facility/Organization name and address
- Dates of Employment
- Total LPN Hours Worked
- Name and contact information of the employer representative
